Invoice Issuance and Tracking:
Customers can access their invoice for tracking purposes 3-4 days after the
shipment has been dispatched. Once the invoice is generated, customers can
utilize it for tracking their shipment.
Tracking Number Format: The
customer's unique invoice number serves as the tracking identifier. This number
will be prominently displayed in the top-right corner of the invoice. Please
note that the invoice number is the tracking number for your shipment. We do not
use the symbol "#" to designate tracking numbers.
