Payment Methods

    • Payment Method: We do not accept cash payments for any transactions. All payments must be made through electronic means.
    • Accepted Payment Options: We only accept bank transfers and deposits as methods of payment. Please ensure that payments are made to the designated bank account provided by C-ON Cargo.

Tracking System

  • Invoice Issuance and Tracking: Customers can access their invoice for tracking purposes 3-4 days after the shipment has been dispatched. Once the invoice is generated, customers can utilize it for tracking their shipment.
  • Tracking Number Format: The customer's unique invoice number serves as the tracking identifier. This number will be prominently displayed in the top-right corner of the invoice. Please note that the invoice number is the tracking number for your shipment. We do not use the symbol "#" to designate tracking numbers.

Prohibited Items

The following items (or any item similar in description or content) cannot be carried on C-ON Air Cargo service.

Any person sending such an item may be subject to their order being cancelled without notice.
